स्वामी दयानन्द के सम्बन्ध में कहा गया है कि वे उच्चकोटि के एक निर्भीक दूत एवं समाज सुधारक थे। भारत के पुनर्जागरण की शताब्दी, 19वीं शताब्दी में जागरण की ज्योति जलाने वाले महापुरुषों में अग्रगण्य स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती एक सच्चे महात्मा थे।
